Located in the DC Metro area, this pool house allows to enjoy swimming and take advantage of all seasons, providing comfortable indoor/outdoor living space protected from rain, wind and heat. Large windows and sliding up garage-type glass door helps merge swimming pool area with interior design, creating a bright and warm shelter beside the pool.
In the midst of traditional homes lining the streets, this home addition is the surprising backyard design that adds more comfort and functionality to outdoor living spaces. The addition look beautiful surrounded by a large swimming pool and a stone patio with dining furniture. Large windows and glass doors offer great views of lush vegetation and attractive backyard landscaping.

Masonry walls protect the indoor-outdoor living space on three sides, with a segmented glass garage door that opens right up into the pool area and glass doors leading to the dining area on the patio.
The closeness of these two spaces creates a unique, spectacular and convenient interior design. The room can be used for entertaining on the patio with dining furniture and firepit and relaxation by the swimming pool adorned with a waterfall.
