1. To submit an article or share interesting and inspiring links and photos, please send us an email.
2. We will read every email, but will send confirmation of publication only to those selected.

3. Articles must be written by you and should contain not less than 450 – 500 words.

4. At least 3 images should be provided (digital files) for illustration purposes, minimum size 350 – 400 pixels.

5. You  may include maximum one hyperlink (properly formatted) to external sites.

6. Provide an author or company name for a proper credit.

7. Information you provide will remain confidential as per our privacy policy.

8. Allow few weeks for your article publishing if you do not provide pictures.
