Home Redesign Project in Brooklyn, Modern Kitchen and Backyard Ideas
Tiled fireplace design, dining area
Beautiful home interiors are created by a Brooklyn-based architectural studio Elizabeth Roberts Design. The Brooklyn Residence is a single family home located in Park Slope, dramatically transformed and tastefully styled.
Home remodeling project saved original finishes on all floors except the Garden Level where the most extensive renovations were completed. Doors to the garden were inserted in addition to windows. All sheetrock ceiling and plaster walls were removed to expose gorgeous original wood joists at the ceiling and brick walls.
A custom made, solid teak kitchen interior with teak butcher block counters looks stunning. An efficient, wood-burning fireplace is located in the dining area surrounded by hand-crafted Heath tile. The space for wood storage adds comfort and functionality to interior design.

A wide-plank, ipe deck was installed a few steps below the newly-landscaped garden where the original claw foot tub was installed for luxurious outdoor bathing. The remainder of the house was completely renovated with two renovated bathrooms, sanded and stained floors and a new walk-in master closet.
Attractive interior redesign and styling by Elizabeth Roberts Design, www.elizabethroberts.com/ created pleasant and modern home interiors in formal style, offering comfortable, functional and inviting living spaces for an informal couple and their children.
Creative home remodeling and interior redesign project turned the old house into a lovely family home, preserving some of the beautiful features and not making it too pristine and perfect.
